Technology Changes Fast. Our Commitment Doesn't.
Patient, personal technology support for seniors in the Low Country since 2020.
Our Story
The Problem We Saw
Technology is no longer optional. Banking, healthcare, staying in touch with family. But it wasn't designed with older adults in mind. And your current options aren't great. Wait for a busy family member, call a help desk, or just give up.
How We Got Started
During COVID-19, seniors were suddenly forced online for everything. The digital divide became impossible to ignore. Tech Relief began in 2020 as a research effort to understand what seniors actually struggle with. We spent years learning before we built anything.
What We Learned
After years of research, one thing was clear. Operating systems and apps weren't built with seniors in mind. The technology itself is the barrier. So we built a company around fixing that.
Where We Are Today
Over 50 services across 11 categories. Thousands of service calls across the Low Country. We're growing, but we're still personal, still local, and still driven by the same mission.
Our Values
Trust
Security
Independence
Accessibility
Everything we do is grounded in these four principles. We build long-term relationships based on honesty and reliability. We protect you from scams and security threats. We help you accomplish what you need without relying on others. And we adapt technology to fit your abilities, not the other way around.

Mark Reavis
Founder of Tech Relief
I started Tech Relief because I watched seniors in our community get left behind. During COVID, technology went from helpful to required overnight, and the people who needed it most had the least support. After years of research, I learned something simple: the technology itself is the problem, not the people using it. That belief drives everything we do.
Your Technology Shouldn't Hold You Back
Whether you need help with a specific problem or want ongoing support, we're here for you.
